Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Each set is handmade to order, so please allow time for your nails to be carefully created and prepared.

Processing Time

All orders require 5–10 business days for production before they are shipped.

Orders are often completed sooner, but please allow the full 5–10 business day production timeframe when placing your order.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

Current shipping within the United States only.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. Couture Claws is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and tracking indicates that it has not been delivered, please contact me as soon as possible.

If you can provide information or documentation showing that your package was not received, I will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Please note that Couture Claws is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, including packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to correct the address before your order enters production or ships.

Couture Claws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
